Job Description
As aBusiness Operations Analyst,reporting to theArea Head, you will transform financial, commercial, and operationaldata into insightsthat drive business performance andsupport decision-makingacross our destinations. By bringing people, technology, and business expertise together,



we create clarity and confidence in decision-making, turning data into insights and insights into action to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial, commercial, and operational performance across business lines.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Promote data quality, process understanding, and continuous improvement.
Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic business decisions.
Opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, operations, data, and AI.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, controlling, or a similar role within the tourism industry.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Spanish is highly valued.
