Business Partnering & Performance ManagementAct as a trusted Finance Business Partner to local managementDrive performance improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-makingMonitor and improve working capital performance and cash flow driversCollaborate closely with Sales, Operations and other functions to identify and implement corrective actionsPrepare financial and operational reports for local management and HQ, including variance analysis and recommendationsMonitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insightsSupport budgeting, forecasting,



financial modeling and business planning activitiesEnhance reporting efficiency through automation and analytics tools3.
