MissionAs part of the Corporate Cybersecurity team, the Identity & Access Management Consultant will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the organization's identity security capabilities.
The role is responsible for driving secure and efficient identity and access management practices across a integral industrial environment of more than 18,000 employees and +100 locations worldwide.
The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic thinking to strengthen the company's Identity Security and Zero Trust posture.




ResponsibilitiesLead and support the evolution of the company's Identity and Access Management capabilities across on-premises and cloud environments.
Design, implement andcontinuously improve identity-related services including Microsoft Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access.
Manage and evolve Privileged Access Management solutions, including CyberArk and/or other future PAM technologies.
Lead or participate in global cybersecurity and identity-related projects.
Coordinate external service providers and ensure delivery quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
Support audits, compliance initiatives and security assessments related to identity and access management.
What We Are Looking ForBachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Security or related cybersecurity domains.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions such as CyberArk, Beyond Trust or similar platforms.
Experience managing external providers and participating in international projects.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Professional English level (minimum B2). Nice to Have:Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, Saviynt or One Identity.
Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies and cloud security frameworks.
Security certifications related to IAM, Microsoft Security or Cybersecurity.
