About the role
Are you a QA Engineer looking to make a splash in the fintech world? Avarda Bank is on the lookout for a talented QA Engineer to strengthen our credit card development team As a QA Engineer with us, you'll be the guardian of quality, ensuring that our software meets business requirements and banking standards. You will be an integral part of our collaborative team, working hand-in-hand with developers, team leads, business analysts and delivery managers to drive innovation at every stage of the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Close cooperation with business, business analysts and developers to understand requirementsPlan test activities both for functional and non-functional requirementsConduct various types of testing such as functional, regression, performance and securitySupport in user acceptance testingCooperate with developers on defects and improvementsCreate and execute test cases to identify defects, ensuring that the final product is reliable, user-friendly, and meets the specified requirementsExecute test cases manually or using automated testing tools to identify and report defectsWrite and maintain test documentationLog and track defectsVerify bug fixesQualifications and Experience3+ years' experience as a QA Engineer, working across unit, integration,



and performance testingProven hands-on experience testing REST APIs with Postman and building automated regression suites with Selenium in C#, covering both backend and frontendWorking knowledge of Azure DevOps and MSSQL, comfortable querying and validating data directlyStrong grounding in the software development lifecycle and Agile practices, gained through close day-to-day collaboration with developers and business analystsSharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the attention to detail that financial-grade software demandsA confident communicator, equally comfortable flagging technical issues to developers and explaining them to business stakeholdersBSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related fieldProficient English (B1/B2 or above)
