Identify and approach candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels
Conduct initial conversations with candidates to understand their background, motivations, and ambitions
Develop and maintain a talent pool to meet our current and future needs
Collaborate with teams to provide them with the best possible support

You are comfortable communicating by phone and video and enjoy human contact
You are organized, proactive, and able to take initiative
You want to learn a dynamic profession with real opportunities for advancement

Native French is mandatory
Professional Spanish and/or English is mandatory
