You will onboard, drive adoption, retain, and renew, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and ownership of customer outcomes.You will leverage hospitality revenue management expertise, manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior CSMs.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Gainsight and Gong is highly valued.
