At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Costumer Experience team to the next level.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
To achieve this, we don't expect a reactive approach to customer management. About the teamOur Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial. Track key indicators such as product adoption, expansion potential, commercial opportunities, renewals and churn risk.
- Take ownership of understanding your portfolio, its potential and making data-driven decisions.
Experience working with commercial targets and KPIs.
- Native or professional-level Spanish and professional English, as we are an international company.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in SaaS, technology, Human Resources or Payroll.
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
