As an HR IT Consultant , you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing global HR systems, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving the evolution of digital HR processes through cutting-edge technologies and data-driven solutions.
Your Role As part of the integral HR technology team, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, Business Intelligence, and IT stakeholders to improve and enhance enterprise HR solutions used across multiple countries and business units.
Key Responsibilities ? Support, optimize, and further develop SAP SuccessFactors modules, including: Employee Central Compensation Story Reporting Contribute to global HR initiatives such as: Annual compensation and bonus reviews Workforce planning Personnel cost and budget planning Design and improve HR reporting capabilities, delivering meaningful insights through Story Reporting and Query Manager.
Evaluate and implement innovative technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance HR processes and user experience.
Support integrations and interfaces between HR systems and other business applications.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements and define scalable solutions.




? Analyze new requirements and support implementation efforts while ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and business processes.
Coordinate external partners and service providers to ensure successful project execution and continuous system improvement.
Your Profile ? Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
? Several years of experience in: HR IT Consulting IT Project Delivery Business Process Design Stakeholder Management ? Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally including: Employee Central Compensation Reporting / Story Reporting ? Solid understanding of HR systems, digital HR processes, and enterprise application landscapes.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
? Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with international teams.
? Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
? Professional proficiency in German (C1) and English .

Salary: up to €55,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
This role is based in Málaga.
Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the region or willing to relocate, although all qualified applicants will be considered.
