A non-profit organization in Palma, Mallorca, is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join its team on a part?time basis.
In this role, you will provide direct assistance and guidance to community members, supporting vulnerable individuals while assisting in the coordination and management of key social projects across the island.

Your day?to?day responsibilities will include:
Providing direct attention, guidance, and continuous follow?up to users of the organization.
Managing, executing, and tracking community projects and public subsidies.
Drafting administrative documentation, social evaluations, and regular progress reports.
Coordinating effectively with public administrations, external entities, and community resources.
Supporting the regular activities and ongoing initiatives carried out by the non?profit association.
To be considered for this position, you should fulfill the following criteria:




A completed university degree (bachelor's or equivalent second?cycle degree) in Social Work.
Intermediate proficiency in Catalan, certified at the B1 level.
Possession of an A1 driving license.
Solid computer skills, including regular use of office automation tools and the Google Workspace environment (such as Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets).
Experience with electronic procedures, online public administration portals, and documentation management for grants and subsidies.
Previous professional experience is not required (0 months required), making this role accessible if you are freshly graduated or entering the sector.
This position offers a temporary 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
You will work on a part?time schedule of 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday between 09:30 and 13:30 in Palma.
The compensation is established at a gross annual salary of 933 EUR, distributed across 12 monthly payments with extra payments included.
