Our focus is on developing data?Where Automotive Meets Digital We are looking for a motivated Contract Manager to support our Sales team in managing B2B data licensing agreements across our product portfolio. In this role, you'll take ownership of recurring, operational contract activities and work side by side with an experienced Data Licensing Manager, building a strong foundation in commercial contract management within an international automotivedata environment. Contract renewals: Contract updates: Prepare, tailor, and version contract documents for customer?Fully own, manage, and steer the digital signing process (e.g. DocuSign,Documill) from preparation and quality management to customer communication and document?repository management.
Contract negotiations: Support negotiations between Key Account Management and customersthrough document preparation and review?process management, following up on agreedactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact between Sales, Legal, Accounting, andProduct, and help drive continuous improvement of our contract processes. first experience in contract management, legaloperations, sales support,



or a related field is a plus (career starters welcome). Fluent English, both written and spoken, for customer?German skills are an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively acrossmultiple teams and external partners.
Solid project management and reporting capabilities, including the ability to structure tasks,track progress, and communicate status clearly.
