What you will do
Contribute to achieve savings and cost avoidance by suppliers'negotiation
Complete order process for prototypes, FAIR, toolings, etc.
Data maintenance (e.g. lead times, material object codes etc.)
Executes and supports RfXs and quotation evaluations
Plans and executes smaller purchasing projects upon instruction
Be part of integral project and lead procurement purposes
Good collaboration with and support of internal customers / stakeholders
Administration: analyses, KPIs, data maintenance, requiring information and certificates, archiving, etc.
What we require
? first experience in similar position / industrial sector could be appreciated
Strong organizational and communication skills, resilience and endurance in daily business (administration, order and dunning process etc.)
MS Office is a must, experience in SAP-MM and eProcurement is an advantage
Experience in the execution of RfXs as well as quotation evaluations
Commercial degree or technical degree with additional commercial training
Education as "Certified Purchasing Specialist, Federal Diploma of Higher Education" is an advantage
