The role As Online Sales Consultant, you own the full B2C sales cycle with German-speaking learners, from the first video consultation to the signed contract, and you see the direct impact of your results.
What you'll do Run and close online consultations to hit monthly targets Convert leads,



no-shows and past contacts into enrolments Drive renewals and referrals through after-sales follow-up Work closely with the service team to keep students happy Keep the CRM up to date and report on your results About you German at C1/C2 level and good English Proven B2C sales experience from lead to close, ideally online Warm, charismatic and consultative: you listen before you sell Organised and confident with MS Office; a background in education, hospitality or fitness is a plus What's on offer Base salary around €30,000, plus commission (expected total package €*k when on target) Hybrid: 2 days in a city-centre office, 3 days from home Ongoing training, start-up energy and the backing of a general brand Approach People is partnering with our client on this search – all applications are handled in strict confidence.
