Experteer Overview In this role, you design and drive client transformation plans and programs, delivering operational improvements and KPI implementations.
You work closely with clients and a team of consultants to execute projects, lead workstreams, and coach others.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design and implement client transformation plans
- Drive and manage wide transformation programs (operational improvements, KPI implementation, process improvement)
- Coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks
- Prepare and lead implementation projects and coaching for clients
- Lead project workstreams largely independently with PMO support
- Gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of projects




- Lead junior consultants and clients in projects/workstreams; conduct client meetingsand workshops
- Contribute to the firm's development through internal projectsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree; strong academic record
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a PMO within transformation projects
- Functional experience with AI-related solutions (analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable
- Driven by delivering lasting impact; people-focused and result-oriented
- Flexibility to travel
