We are seeking a Soldering Technician to join our electronics production team.
The idóneo candidate has strong hands-on skills in precision soldering, experience working with electronic components, and a commitment to producing high-quality assemblies:- Soldering Operations — Perform manual soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components following IPC standards.
- Component Assembly — Assemble electronic boards and wiring harnesses according totechnical drawings and work instructions.
- Quality Control — Inspect solder joints, identify defects, and ensure compliance withindustry quality requirements.
- Equipment Handling — Operate soldering irons, reflow tools, microscopes, andmeasurement instruments safely and efficiently.
- Documentation — Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- High-Precision Soldering & AssemblyCompliance with Standards & Procedures- Perform manual soldering under binocular/microscope for SMD (CQFP, FP)and BGA components, following technical specifications and quality standards(ESA ECSS-Q-ST-*, IPC-A-610).
- Execute rework and repair procedures (PR)



on PCBs as per the company'sdocumented processes.
- Apply conductive/non-conductive adhesives and conformal coatings with precision, adhering to safety and dosage protocols.
- Follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (PF), Repair Procedures (PR), andStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work under space-grade quality standards (ESA ECSS) and industry benchmarks (IPC, J-STD).
- Ensure full traceability of components and processes via digital systems (MES,ERP)Required Skills:- Proven experience in electronics soldering (IPC standards are a plus: IPC-A-610, IPC JSTD-001).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Experience with SMD soldering is highly appreciated.
