We are looking for aFunctional Tax Analystwith strong experience inSpanish Payroll and Taxation . Key
Requirements:
3+ years of experience inPayroll Tax / Spanish Payroll . Strong knowledge ofSpain Payroll, IRPF, Social Security, and statutory requirements . Experience inpayroll tax calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting . Good understanding ofSpanish tax regulations and payroll processes . Ability to analyze payroll/tax issues and provide functional solutions.
Experience gathering requirements and working withbusiness and technical teams . Exposure topayroll systems, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
