GuestRelations:

- Liaisingwithguestsbefore,duringandafterstay,bye-mail,WhatsAppandtelephone.
- Arrangingsomeextraservicessuchasairporttransfersandat-homemassages.
- Coordinatingspecialguestsrequestswiththelocalstaffinourdestinations.
- Overseeingarrivalmanagement,ensuringallguestregistrationsarecompletedandfollowedupwhenneeded.
- Handlingguestcomplaintswithempathyandprofessionalism,offeringsolutionsorcompensationswhenappropriate.




- Closingandsendingtheinvoicetoourguestsattheendoftheirstay;collectingextramoneyifneeded,liaisingwiththemincaseofdamages.
- Collectingfeedbackfromgueststokeepimprovingourservices.
