Mission

Join us in shaping the future of retail At Glovo, Retail is one of our highest-growing business units. We have already established partnerships with more than 200 top retail brands, including industry giants in Beauty, Electronics and Pets verticals.

You Will

- Implement and standardize processes, playbooks, guidelines to help local teams in more than 20 countries to grow the business
- Handle tracking and reporting of performance metrics
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Work on cross-department projects, coordinate activities and tasks with tech, operations, finance and product teams
- Develop the Top Accounts business step by step, being part of multiple projects and being a resourceful multi-tasker
- Coordinate with the different regions/countries in order to understand key insights about local markets
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

Qualifications

- Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary
- Strong analytical skills are a must




- Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to complex issues)
- You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented. You are obsessed with making things happen
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize & multitask and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through effective communication skills
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
