We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join a leading multinational telecommunications company in Las Tablas, Madrid . This is a full‐time, on‐site position offered through Eurofirms under a permanent contract.
Manage and optimize SEM, Google Shopping, Affiliate/CPS and Paid Social campaigns .
Plan budgets and media strategies for product launches and promotional campaigns.
Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and overall campaign performance .
Optimize audiences, media mix and budget allocation.
Ensure campaign accuracy through regular QA and performance analysis.
3+ years in Performance Marketing / E-Commerce / Paid Media
~ Hands-on Google Ads & Shopping experience
~ Affiliate/CPS and Paid Social knowledge
~ Strong analytical skills and Google Analytics/Excel knowledge
~ Fluent/professional Spanish & English

Contract Type: Indefinite whit us
~ Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00
