Responsibilities
* Lead and implement the Sales Excellence strategy for the Modern Trade channel, ensuring best-in-class execution at the point of sale.
* Design and implement the Sales Excellence framework for the Modern Trade channel (execution standards, KPIs, best practices).
* Ensure excellence in in-store execution: assortment, planograms, pricing, promotions, visibility, and availability.
* Define and track key commercial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
* Lead continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to optimize commercial and execution processes.
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS&E;, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
* Analyze market data, sell-out performance, and shopper insights to support decision-making. Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, sales excellence, or similar positions within top FMCG companies in Spain.




* Strong experience in the Modern Trade channel (large retail chains, supermarkets, organized retailers).
* Deep understanding of point-of-sale execution and the FMCG commercial model.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Experience in project management and organizational change.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
