D365 F&O; Lead Finance Functional Consultant – Contract ?

Madrid, Spain ? Contract: Initial 6 months, with a long-term programme expected to run for several years ? Engagement: Day rate contract The Role I’m looking for an experienced D365 F&O; Lead Finance Functional Consultant to support a major international manufacturing business with a multi-country Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management rollout. This is an initial 6-month day rate contract, with the programme expected to continue for the next couple of years.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements and lead customer workshops, product demonstrations and solution fitment sessions.
- Prepare fit/gap analysis and functional design documentation for Finance requirements.
- Configure D365 F&O; Finance modules, including localisation and taxation requirements.
- Lead solution design and data model design for Finance.
- Support data mapping, data migration and integration design.




- Participate in show-and-tell sessions, functional testing and UAT.
- Deliver training to key users and support cutover planning. Essential Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance modules.
- Extensive knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Costing and related Finance functionality.
- Experience delivering at least two Finance implementations across Dynamics 365 F&O; and AX 2012, including at least one D365 F&O; implementation.
- Strong requirements gathering, solution design and documentation skills.
- Understanding of solution architecture, interfaces and third-party integrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering to tight deadlines.
