We source, transform, and manage residential apartments, holiday rentals, and small hotels in the Valencian area — handling projects end-to-end with our own teams.

apartment restocking and maintenance to keep every property running like clockwork On boarding new properties: Set up new listings, ensure apartments are correctly prepared for rental, and maintain high presentation standards across the portfolio Compliance: Ensure all properties meet statutory and regulatory requirements Problem solving: Handle issues swiftly and calmly — from a broken boiler to a last-minute booking change — with the support of our in-house construction and maintenance team Business development: Proactively identify and bring new apartment owners on board, growing our managed portfolio Key

Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English — this is essential (additional languages are a bonus) Based in Valencia, Spain (no visa requirements) Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail A genuine people person — warm, professional and guest-focused A creative problem solver who stays cool under pressure Positive, can-do attitude with a real team spirit Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment Experience in hospitality, property management or customer service is highly valued Ready to grow with us?
