Experteer Overview As an HR Business Partner, you will align business objectives with employees and management, driving value across the HR function. You will coach line managers, shape talent pipelines, and navigate Spanish labor law to minimize risk and ensure compliance. You'll partner with HR and legal to support regulatory needs while addressing complex employee relations and performance issues. This role offers impact through change management, workforce planning, and data-driven people solutions.

- Conduct regular meetings with business units to align HR support with business needs
- Act as a Change Management agent for organizational and cultural shifts
- Provide HR guidance and advisory support to management
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

- Deliver day-to-day performance management guidance and development coaching
