What You'll Do As a Consultant Intern at BTS , you'll support organizations in translating their strategies into action.
You'll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to help design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.
Your day-to-day will include: Supporting the facilitation of strategic workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual, helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
Contributing to the design of customized learning journeys and simulations, in partnership with our global Centers of Expertise.
Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution.
Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, impact,



and client satisfaction.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch.

Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Ability to structure problems, analyze data, and communicate insights clearly.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
A collaborative, humble, and proactive mindset, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Availability to work from our offices in a hybrid model (3 days per week).
