We are looking for a Commercial Operations & Projects specialist. The mission of this role will be to support the Regional Vaccines Directors and the European Commercial Team by coordinating and following up key commercial initiatives and operational activities across the region. The role acts as a central point of contact between commercial teams and supporting functions, helping to ensure that projects,



processes and actions move forward efficiently and according to plan. Commercial Project Coordination Coordinate regional commercial initiatives and ensure agreed actions are executed on time. Track project milestones, action plans and deliverables across different countries and functions. Maintain visibility of project status, risks and dependencies. Act as a key liaison between Commercial and supporting functions including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and Legal. Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities. Support Regional Vaccines Directors in the coordination and follow-up of key business priorities. Commercial Execution Support Facilitate communication across teams involved in commercial initiatives. Support implementation of regional programmes and commercial activities. Follow up contract processes and internal approvals in collaboration with Legal, Finance and Procurement teams. Prepare presentations, reports and project updates. Maintain project documentation and action plans.
