To support their Benelux market operations , they are looking for a Telesales Agent who is fluent in French and Flemish , with a natural talent for customer contact and sales. If you're a motivated communicator with a commercial mindset and a team spirit — this opportunity is for you!
What you’ll do
- Handle inbound calls from Belgian/Dutch customers in French and Flemish
- ?️ Register new home appliances and customer details
- Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance
- Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets
- ? Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements
✅ You are
- ️ Fluent in French and Flemish (English or Spanish is a plus!)
- A strong communicator with a commercial mindset
- Confident in sales and overcoming objections
- ? Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player
- Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
