You'll handle the full spectrum of HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, payroll support, compliance. Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance to maintain a positive work environment Analyze HR metrics and contribute insights to workforce planning,
