QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience as a Backend/Software Engineer. Experience developing with NodeJS or Python. You know SQL and NoSQL fundamentals. Particularly strong with PostgreSQL and ORM libraries (such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or similar). You can write queries, optimize performance, and design schemas with purpose.
You write clear documentation, code comments, and Slack updates. Strong remote collaboration skills. You excel in async communication. Adheres to business processes and systems to meet the company's quality requirements. You follow Deel's standards for code review, testing, deployment, and operational responsibility.
