At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a leading international company and take ownership of the platform's technical architecture, governance and evolution. Define and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, security and scalability. Ensure alignment between platform architecture, business strategy and enterprise architecture principles. Establish architecture standards, design patterns, technical documentation and governance practices. Lead solution design and architecture reviews, ensuring consistency across development teams and platform environments. Design cross-module solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD and related ServiceNow capabilities. Define and drive the CMDB and CSDM strategy, overseeing data integrity, service modelling and platform evolution. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery through automation, standardization and simplification. Guide technical teams on solution design, delivery practices and environment strategy. Collaborate with the Platform Owner, Enterprise Architecture and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture. Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.



Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM and HRSD. Experience defining technical architecture roadmaps, governance frameworks and development standards. Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, service modelling, integrations and data architecture principles. Experience leading architecture reviews and guiding technical teams throughout solution design and delivery.
