The Financial Resource Management (FRM) role is strategically critical for the Private Bank, playing a central role in the management and optimization of the Private Bank balance sheet. functional coordination across liquidity, funding, capital and interest rate risk management. Support the management of IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book), working closely with Risk and Treasury functions to assess impacts on funding strategies, with particular focus on prepayment modelling and behavioural assumptions. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on funding, capital and balance sheet management,



while helping identify new funding and capital solutions based on market best practice. Strong knowledge of interest rate risk in the banking book and a clear understanding of how it interacts with liquidity, funding and balance sheet management, which is essential for the role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex regulatory, modelling and market topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
