As a Product Manager within our Dupixent Dermatology team, you will feel part of this ambition, while being responsible for the strategy & execution of Patients and Digital Channels in Dermatology. Lead the strategic marketing plan for Patients and Digital Channels in Dermatology, ensuring optimal market penetration and adoptionDevelop and execute the comprehensive marketing tactical plan, aligned with general product objectivesCoordinate effectively with other functions (especially Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access...)Develop educational & promotional materials, GTM strategies & projects with consistent messaging and brand identity across the ecosystemEstablish strong partnership relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs) in the rheumatology community, capturing relevant opinions from external stakeholders to integrate into marketing strategy definition and tactical plans.
Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis, integrating all necessary information (market analysis reports, ad-hoc studies, field visits with sales teams, and consultations with key opinion leaders)Maintain regular contact with Global Marketing team to obtain and provide information about the local situation, competitors, strategies,



markets & Glocal strategic approach.
Supervise and control the A&P; budget allocated for the brand, maximizing resources to achieve budgeted objectivesSupport sales force excellence by ensuring training and competitive tools are in placeAbout youEducation & experienceBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related Health Sciences; Master's or MBA preferredPrevious experience in Marketing & Digital channels highly preferredPrevious experience in the dermatology market will be valuedSkills:Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new informationSolution-oriented & motivated professional with a "can do" attitude, willing to work in a new environmentComfortable working collaboratively with different stakeholders, both internally & externallyStrong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish both written and verbalWhy choose us?
