* Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive execution with a strong focus on timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
* Lead the design phase, coordinating architects, engineers, and technical consultants to ensure deliverables meet both regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
* Contribute to the feasibility analysis and acquisition phase, providing technical input on new opportunities.
