* Build and improve onboarding, employee documentation, and core HR processes
* Support day-to-day People Operations as the company's first dedicated HR specialist Требования:
* 4+ Years of experience in recruitment and HR
* Hands‐on recruitment experience across European markets
* Experience hiring Sales, Business Development, or commercial teams
* Ability to work independently without a dedicated recruitment team
* Practical experience with onboarding and HR operations
* English at B2+ level
