- not simply a CMO hire. Core Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
* Lead end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, and optimization
* Set and track marketing KPIs; use data-driven insights to refine approach
* Manage marketing budget and resource allocation
* Build and scale content marketing strategy
* Present marketing performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
* Contribute to overall company strategy, fundraising, and business development
* Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices Required Background
* Must have: Proven hands-on marketing experience (both strategy and execution)
