Must-have qualifications: Strong React/TypeScript and Python skills (FastAPI or similar).

Hands-on experience with vector or hybrid search and document parsing (PDF, Word, Excel).
Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools (Langfuse or similar).
Working knowledge of Azure, including VMs, application hosting, and Entra ID/SSO.
Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to lead sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders, provide clear status updates, and work effectively with ambiguity.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Nice to have: MCP server development or Claude/agent integrations.
Experience with PII and GDPR handling, including Presidio and EU data residency.
