The Project Bonmont Resort is a new international destination currently in pre-opening phase in Tarragona, Spain. The project will combine a premium hotel, an international golf offering and complementary facilities, with a clear focus on international guests and the premium leisure market. The Role We are looking for the founding Director of Human Resources to design the people function, organisational model and employee experience that will support the successful opening and long-term performance of Bonmont Resort. What you will do Design and implement the HR function, policies, processes, systems and employee lifecycle from the ground up. Define the organisational structure, workforce plan, headcount model and recruitment roadmap. Lead the recruitment and onboarding of the Executive Committee, department heads and wider pre-opening teams. Plan and deliver the mass recruitment and mobilisation required ahead of opening. Develop approaches to attract, retain, engage and develop local and international talent. Partner with ownership, the General Manager and area leaders on organisational and people decisions. #
