Support deployment planning, site onboarding, inventory forecasting, and distribution activities.
Product Marketing & Customer EngagementDevelop and maintain customer-facing materials, digital content, and product scientific congresses, customer events, and training programs.
Identify and proactively address risks impacting customer experience or product availability.
Insights & Continuous ImprovementMonitor product adoption, customer feedback, site activation, and operational performance.
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related regulated industry.3+ years of project management experience, coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Experience developing customer-facing content and coordinating events or congresses.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.




Preferred Experience in neurotechnology, neuromodulation, medical devices, or capital equipment.
Spanish language skills.
