Product catalog and index configuration: Assist customers with uploading and configuring catalog data, including facets, searchable attributes, sorting options, and retrieving relevant search results. Identify opportunities to streamline technical support workflows, improve onboarding practices, and enhance the overall customer experience. Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.



Understanding of REST-based web services, APIs, and common integration best practices. A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality support. Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV, along with basic search and indexing concepts, is an advantage. Knowledge of A/B testing, client-side and server-side contexts, and network request routing is desirable. Familiarity with open-source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration patterns is a plus.
