We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) specialized in Odoo ERP to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into functional specifications. Document business requirements, use cases, and user stories. Ensure alignment of system functionality with business processes. Testing & Validation Define acceptance criteria and support QA/testing activities. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.



Ensure data consistency and accuracy during migration. Change Management & Training Support end-users with documentation, manuals, and training sessions. Promote adoption and address resistance by demonstrating business value. Act as a key point of contact between IT and business units. Monitor system performance and gather user feedback post-implementation. 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Odoo experience required). Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing. Experience with ERP implementation life cycle (from design to go-live). Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or Odoo Studio is a plus. Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage). Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
