Your Role
Provide high?quality support to Dutch?speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve inquiries regarding vehicle features, maintenance, and brand services.
Maintain a premium customer experience in a fast?paced environment.
What You Need
Fluency in Dutch
(Native/C1) and a good level of English.
Strong communication skills and a customer?first mindset.
Reliable internet connection for remote work within Spain.
Valid NIE and Spanish Social Security number.
