You will shape education strategy, scale programs, and drive operational excellence while upholding patient safety and clinical quality.
You'll work across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to align education with business goals.

- Oversee internal and healthcare professional training programs, including certification, post-certification training, and ongoing activities.
- Improve training quality, reduce certification time, and enhance operational efficiency and reporting for leadership.
- Develop and evolve clinical curricula covering device, procedural, and imaging education.
- Drive digital enablement and innovative learning technologies to scale training while maintaining patient safety.




- Use data-driven decision making to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to align education priorities with business objectives.
- Establish metrics and reporting to measure training effectiveness and organizational impact.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation, and ensure timely delivery of training deliverables.
