Working closely with commercial, manufacturing, R&D;, and customer teams, you will identify market opportunities, develop innovative product solutions, and support successful product launches that meet customer expectations and business objectives.What You Will DoProduct Strategy: Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with market opportunities and customer needs across Iberia.Portfolio Management: Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize assortment, profitability, and growth.Customer Collaboration: Partner with key customers and commercial teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that create value.Product Development: Define product specifications and coordinate the development of new products, formats, packaging, and designs.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D;, logistics,
