Description: HRRE Unipessoal LDA (ZFM) is seeking a commercially minded,



full-time Legal Counsel to support its operations in live entertainment, music, and visual media. The role is fully remote but requires alignment with the CET time zone. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on intellectual property and licensing, reviewing NDAs, and supporting brand protection and reputation management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, partners, and freelancers.
Advising on intellectual property, copyright, and licensing across music and visual content.
Reviewing NDAs and confidentiality frameworks.
Supporting defamation, brand protection, and reputation management.
