Own what the product organisation ships: scope, quality and predictability.
Engineers at heart who lead with data and care about people
You are data-driven for real: you define metrics, build dashboards and write your own SQL.
Fluent English. PostHog and Linear, AI or LLM-powered features, ERP, fintech or vertical SaaS, construction, Italian or Spanish.
