You'll tackle challenges spanning AI-powered insights, healthcare data, and intuitive workflows—with room to grow as the product expands.

What You'll Do
Lead product delivery for the engineering team, setting clear priorities and taking features from discovery through launch and iterationTranslate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, making thoughtful trade offs across value, usability, and technical complexityPartner with engineering, design,



and data teams to build intuitive features from complex healthcare information, including medical claims dataHelp develop AI-powered capabilities, collaborating on prompts, evaluation, and the quality of customer-facing outputsUse product analytics and customer feedback to measure success, improve adoption, and guide what we build nextEngage directly with customers to understand their workflows, validate ideas, and refine newly released featuresRequirements3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering software productsExperience owning a backlog, prioritizing work, and partnering closely with engineers to ship featuresStrong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirementsTechnical fluency: you're comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and implementation tradeoffs with engineeringClear communication and a collaborative approach to working across teamsCuriosity about customer problems and a willingness to learn a complex industryA technical degree or equivalent hands-on technical experienceNice to HaveExperience building SaaS products in healthcare or life sciencesExperience delivering AI-powered features, including prompt design or evaluationFamiliarity with US medical claims or other complex healthcare datasetsExperience supporting life sciences commercial, market access, or key
