The role You will lead design across two products. The first is a full overhaul of our existing job board, which we are turning into a two-sided talent marketplace for candidates and employers. The second is the Keen ATS, where you will lead the next wave of AI-native features. You sit where product, self-serve growth, marketing and engineering meet. What you’ll do
* Lead the job board to marketplace overhaul. Audit what exists, set the direction, and redesign the candidate and employer journeys with engineering: discovery, matching, applying and hiring.
* Lead innovation in the Keen ATS. Design new features, from AI pre-screening and candidate pipelines to agentic workflows that plug into a hotel's existing ATS.
* Own one design system (tokens, components, patterns) shared by the marketplace and the ATS, so engineering ships faster and both feel like one product family.
* Drive self-serve growth with our Head of Self-Serve Growth and CMO. Design and test sign-up, onboarding, checkout and upgrade flows against activation and conversion data.




* Work hand in hand with marketing on landing pages, campaign assets and the Keen brand in product, so brand and product read as one experience.
* Run lean research. Talk to hotel recruiters and candidates, run usability tests, read the analytics, and turn findings into decisions within days. What you bring
* Must have: job board or marketplace experience. You have designed for a job board, recruitment marketplace or other two-sided marketplace, and know how supply, demand and matching shape the experience.
* Must have: ATS background. You have designed applicant tracking or recruiting software and understand the hiring flow end to end: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and offer.
* 5+ years designing digital products across UI and UX, including redesigning an existing product at scale, with a portfolio of shipped work and the results it drove.
* Product-led growth instincts: you have designed onboarding, pricing and checkout flows and measured them with A/B tests and funnel data.
* A current craft: AI-native interfaces (agent workflows, explainable recommendations, human-in-the-loop review), mobile-first and responsive design, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, motion and micro-interactions.
* Expert in Figma and design systems; you prototype quickly with AI-assisted and code-based tools and speak components and constraints with developers.
* A startup mindset: you own outcomes, handle ambiguity, and move from strategy to pixels in the same day.
* Fluent English and a sharp ear for UX copy. Nice to have
* B2B SaaS experience.
* A background in hospitality.
* Hands-on Webflow (or similar) for marketing sites.
* Spanish or another European language.
