* Drafts speeches, briefings, and LinkedIn posts for executive leaders
* Prepares Q&A; documents and speaking notes for leadership appearances
* Produces research and background papers to support executive messaging

Experience:




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Media Studies, or a comparable relevant field. 2–4 years of professional experience in communications, content creation, or a comparable field.
* Language Proficiency (DE/EN) : Proficient in both German and English, with strong writing skills and a keen sense for tone, nuance, and adapting language to individual executive voices.
* Content Ideation (DE/EN) : Develops relevant content ideas and narrative angles to support executive communications, contributing creative input within a defined strategic framework.
* Content Creation (DE/EN) : Produces clear, well-structured, and publication-ready content in both German and English across a range of executive formats, including speeches, briefings, and social media posts.
* Project Management : Manages own workload effectively across multiple concurrent tasks, consistently delivering on time and to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication Strategy : Understands and applies the executive communication strategy in day-to-day content production, ensuring all outputs are coherent and on-brand.
