As a Junior Revenue Manager at Smartness, you'll join our Revenue Management team and work closely with hotels and hospitality businesses across the Italian and DACH markets. Your role will be to support our clients in making better revenue decisions through data, technology, and the Smartness SaaS platform. You'll learn how revenue management works in practice, develop your analytical skills, and gradually become a trusted point of contact for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is curious about hospitality, technology, data, and customer consulting. Customer Support & Consulting: Work closely with hotel clients, understand their needs, answer questions, and support them in getting the most out of the Smartness platform. Revenue Analysis: Monitor hotel performance, market trends, pricing, and other relevant KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the Revenue Management team in developing and implementing pricing and distribution strategies based on data and market insights. Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze performance data and reports, identify potential issues or opportunities, and contribute to actionable recommendations. Build your knowledge of Revenue Management, hospitality technology, hotel distribution, and SaaS through hands?German is mandatory: Fluent/native-level German is required, as you'll work with clients and stakeholders in the DACH market. Italian & English: Professional knowledge the English language. A degree or academic background in Tourism,



Hospitality Management, Economics, Business, Management, Data/Analytics, or similar fields. Recent graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply. Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with numbers, data, and KPIs and are curious about understanding what the data is telling you. Curiosity for Technology: You're comfortable learning new digital tools and interested in how technology can improve the way hotels operate. A genuine interest in hotels, tourism, hospitality, or travel is highly valued. Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality company, OTA, travel company, or similar environment. Internship or university experience related to Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution, or Data Analysis. Basic knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools. Work with the best software out there to automate repetitive tasks and let you focus on customers and targets. Remote working For our Revenue Management team, we typically offer an OTE package ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 annually for the Italian Market, and from €40,000 to €50,000 annually for the DACH Market, depending on experience, analytical capabilities, industry knowledge, and expected contribution to the company's growth Our compensation structure is designed to reward ownership, strategic thinking, and measurable business impact. The OTE includes both a fixed salary and a variable component tied to performance and business objectives. As you grow within the company and contribute to revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and operational performance, your compensation can evolve accordingly. For candidates demonstrating exceptional expertise or a strong track record in revenue management and commercial strategy, we may consider compensation packages beyond the standard range.
