* Contact companies and professionals by telephone.
* Identify opportunities and qualify potential leads.
* Conduct market research and information-gathering activities.
* Schedule appointments for sales and business development teams.
* Validate and enrich customer data and CRM records.
* Accurately document conversations and outcomes.
