* Arrangingsomeextraservicessuchasairporttransfersandat-homemassages.
* Coordinatingspecialguestsrequestswiththelocalstaffinourdestinations.
* Overseeingarrivalmanagement,ensuringallguestregistrationsarecompletedandfollowedupwhenneeded.
* Handlingguestcomplaintswithempathyandprofessionalism,offeringsolutionsorcompensationswhenappropriate.




* Closingandsendingtheinvoicetoourguestsattheendoftheirstay;collectingextramoneyifneeded,liaisingwiththemincaseofdamages.
