As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the person customers rely on when they need help. Whether they have a question about an order, a delivery, or finding the right product, you're there to provide a smooth and positive experience every time. What will you actually do?
* Help Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
* Answer questions about orders, deliveries, products and returns
* Find quick and customer-friendly solutions
* Guide customers to the right products when they need advice
* Work together with different teams to solve customer requests efficiently
